The second term collective bargaining negotiations with our union at the Fil Man workplace in \u00c7erkezk\u00f6y resulted in an agreement.<\/p>\n
Our proposal, which was prepared as a result of the evaluations made with our members, was discussed with the representatives of the employers with intense traffic.<\/p>\n
At the end of the negotiation process, which started on February 3, 2021, it was mutually agreed on the wage and social assistance increases.<\/p>\n
Accordingly, the wage increases made for the first year, depending on the job descriptions, increased by 15 percent to 25 percent, effective as of April 1, 2021.<\/p>\n
In the workplace, which has 4 bonus payments per year, increases of up to 40 percent were made in other social assistance payments.<\/p>\n
While new gains were made in administrative articles, some parts of the contract were updated.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, which was followed with great interest and support by our members at the workplace, the achievement of the targets in the proposal was received positively.<\/p>\n
